About Teddington Nannies and Sitters

A message from Helen McLean, founder of Teddington Nannies and Sitters:

A few years ago I needed nanny for my daughter and I could not find the right person. After this experience, I decided to start a nanny agency in Cookham to provide quality service to other families in the same situation throughout Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. With over 20 years in British Airways management, leading large teams of people both in the air and on the ground and delivering exemplary customer service, I knew I could perfectly match client needs to their private household staff.

The agency has been a success and now we are opening Teddington Nannies and Sitters to serve families in Teddington and surrounding London  Boroughs and ensure their exact needs are met too.

Emma Bayon will be managing the business, we met through British Airways. We are great friends and work well together, both conscientious in our work ethic and by delivering high standards.

My name is Emma and I have lived in Teddington with my family and dog Mia for 15 years.

I have worked in British Airways management for over 25 years, leading lots of teams of people to also deliver exemplary customer service. It is this customer service training and my  knowledge of West and South West London, raising my son in the area from birth to 12 years old and understanding what families really need in the London Boroughs that will enable me to perfectly match your needs with household private staff.

Our approach is slightly different to others in the area in that we meet you to discuss what is important to you and develop a working relationship that is at all times open and genuine.
